WHAT IS A DEMONSTRATION DAY?
“What does it actually do?”, “How do I use it?”, “How does this fit in to my current work?”, “Will it enhance my process?”.
These are some of many of the questions prospects ask when rolling out budgetary dollars on new products/solutions or switching to a new solution.
The concept of a Demonstration Day is to provide your key prospects with the opportunity to ask you these questions and, very importantly see the solution or capability in front of their eyes, live-in-action, at your facility or a neutral venue. You get invaluable one-on-one time with each prospect to answer the questions that they may have during the demonstration, but more importantly after the demonstration day is over.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You identify your target audience: Through your research and ours, the client and the GSN will work team together to identify the right audience for your product/service. Ultimately, the client defines the brief – from the type of industry they want attendees from, right down to specific details like job titles they’d like to see present.
We work with you to create content: Ensuring what is presented on the day is a subject that ticks the boxes of the attending audience is crucial. Through our research, we will identify needs of the prospect and relay that intelligence back to the solution provider. Word from the horses mouth drives conversations at GSN events and that insight/solutions aligned to current challenges keeps attendees engaged.
